“Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.” (Psalm 95:6)
Like Psalm 81, Psalm 95 begins with a hymnic call for praise (vv. 1–7a) and then moves into a prophetic oracle warning the congregation with lessons from the exodus-wilderness period (vv. 7b–11).

What is Psalm 95?
A call to worship, “Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord… the Rock of our salvation,” that moves from joyful praise to kneeling before the God whose flock we are. It is the traditional “Venite” of daily prayer, fitting for the reign of Christ the shepherd-king.
