"This is my Son, my Chosen One; listen to him!" (Luke 9:35)

Jesus takes Peter, John, and James up a mountain to pray, and while praying his face changes and his clothing becomes dazzling white as Moses and Elijah appear and speak with him about his coming departure at Jerusalem. A cloud overshadows them and a voice from the cloud identifies Jesus as God's Son and Chosen One, telling the disciples to listen to him.
