Solomon Dedicates the Temple

"But will God indeed dwell on the earth? Even heaven and the highest heaven cannot contain you, much less this house that I have built!" (1 Kings 8:27)
The ark is brought into the newly built temple and the glory of the Lord fills the house; Solomon then prays at the dedication, asking that God hear the prayers offered toward this place, including those of the foreigner.
