Overview & Insights

"For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified." (Hebrews 10:14)

Unlike priests who stand daily offering repeated sacrifices, Christ offered a single sacrifice for sins and sat down at God's right hand. Because the way into God's presence is now open through his blood, the writer urges believers to draw near in faith, hold fast their hope, and stir one another to love and good works.
